Project Overview
A design for (2) 3200 sq. ft. duplex housing units in Philadelphia, making for a total of (4) 1600 sq. ft. single family units. Each 3-story duplex features (2) units, each with an open living plan, 3 bedrooms including a master suite with walk out balcony or yard, and rooftop terraces. The modern façade design features charcoal brick, which is used to denote the entrance, along with a mix of cool grey façade panels with warm wood horizontal paneled accents.
