Project Overview
Design for 2 new construction single family row homes in Philadelphia. The modern design features large picture windows, a 3rd floor master suite with walk out terrace, as well as a roof top terrace. The Material selection on the front façade features a chocolate brown brick, and bays with neutral colored metal paneling w/ teal accents. Modern design meets a somewhat retro inspired color palette.
