Project Overview
A design for a 19,000 sq. ft. 20-unit multifamily residence in Philadelphia. When designing in an urban environment, any opportunity to introduce outdoor living space is an added plus. In this case, the design revolves around the creation of front porches at each living level. Not only does this give each unit a designated outdoor space, but it creates an opportunity for a large glass door, in turn flooding each 1-2 bedroom unit with natural light. The more traditional exterior is offered in a selection of 3 brick color variations, brown, burgundy, and charcoal.
