Project Overview
Design for a 54,000 sq ft. mixed-use low-rise building. Design features 2 floors of healthcare & retail facilities, with 26 apartment units above. Amenities include onsite parking, private & shared open air terraces, and a common rooftop deck. This contemporary design juxtaposes a rhythmic series of heavy masonry pillars & delicate curtain wall glazing, to create bright & open spaces on the interior. The façade uses colorful accents to denote significant programmatic entrances and transitions throughout the building.
