Project Overview
Design for a custom single family rowhome in Philadelphia PA. The plan features 3-4 bedrooms and 3 baths, including en-suite, with plenty of open living space on the ground floor. Being situated on a narrow street, the angled bay helps diminish the effect that a typical bay would have on the street, but more importantly it directs views towards the city skyline, which can be seen directly down this narrow view corridor. From the large windows on the bay, to the small balcony atop the bay from the master suite, you can always catch a glance of the city skyline. The roof deck increases those views to a panoramic level. Using a monochromatic blend of grey brick, sleek black metal & brushed stainless steel façade panels, the design seeks to create a refined statement.
