Project Overview
Design for a series of 12 custom single family townhomes in Philadelphia PA. Each of these townhomes feature modern designs & garage parking within the complex. Including features like 2nd floor balconies & roof decks, there is plenty of room to expand everyday living outside. The facades feature angled bays with large picture windows & geometric corner accent windows. Clad in a silvery brick, the white & grey metal façade panels are accented with a corrugated cobalt-blue metal accent panel. The resulting look is a Euro- inspired clean & crisp looking building with accents of the cooler end of the color spectrum.
