Project Overview
A 46,000 sq. ft., 2-story assisted living / dementia skilled care facility in Wilmington, Delaware. The design adds new healthcare, living, and recreational spaces, and incorporates an existing building and site features into the design. The overall result was the creation of a senior living “campus” nestled within a picturesque suburban landscape.
