Project Overview
This design for a 4-unit apartment complex features a variety of plan layouts. The ground floor unit features open living space and 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, and in the partial basement. The second floor unit is a 3 bedroom, single level unit spanning the entire length of the building. Finally the third and fourth floor contain 2 bi-level units, one in the front, and one in the rear of the building, each containing 3 bedrooms. A building like this makes it easy to live in and own your very own rental property.
