Design for (2) 3-story multi-family buildings in Philadelphia, PA. Featuring 2-3 bedrooms per unit, with laundry & open kitchen and living layouts, these units offer great living spaces within convenient walking distances to local schools & universities. The statement piece on this project’s bay features a mix of metallic paneling in a geometric pattern, once again bringing some visual interest to the block.
